Knowledge Management
Knowledge of Service cloud, Account contact Relation, lightning connects, SAML, Single Sign On, External Object, Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, Platform Cache, Salesforce Console
Salesforce Integration using JAVA, SOAP and REST API’s
Development skill in – Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types and using Process builder.
Visualforce and Apex Development
Lightning framework knowledge
Salesforce Object Query Language
Web Service Integration with SFDC Sales, SFDC commerce, SFDC CPQ and other cisco Backend systems jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (nice to have)
Chat Service (nice to have – good to have working knowledge)
Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts
