Job Description

Position : Mainframe Programmer
Location: Remote (NY/NJ Preferred)
Duration : Long term
Rate: $50/Hr on C2C or $40/hr on W2

MUST NEED PP NUMBER FOR SUBMISSION – H1B’S

Required Skills :
We need people with at least 10+ years technical expertise on Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and Easytrieve.
Knowledge of Financial domain, brokerage processing is an added advantage. Knowledge of Broadridge platforms a huge plus.
Excellent written and communication skills as this position will be redefining client requirements to technology programming requirements to transform, map and ingest client data into outlined templates and formats.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
10+ years technical expertise on Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and Easytrieve.
Excellent coding & testing skills to deliver client requirements.
Knowledge of Financial domain, brokerage processing is an added advantage.
Excellent written and communication skills as this position will be redefining client requirements to technology programming requirements to transform, map and ingest client data into outlined templates and formats.
Write data request requirements and use cases
Create data visualizations for purposes of explaining data.
Work with internal and external teams on data transfer processes.
Optimally partner, collaborate, and connect with technical and non-technical colleagues in various business functions at all levels.
Must be willing to work off hour shifts such as weekends and evenings
Self-starter, with ability to work independently across multiple teams and clients.
Excellent knowledge of MS Suite including but not limited to Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio.
Knowledge of Broadridge platforms Financial certifications not vital but are a plus.
